Member for West Islington, for 23rd March, and whether the Inquiry contemplated in that Motion is within the scope of the Inquiry of the Royal Commission now sitting on Local Taxation?
§ MR. CHAPLINI have communicated with the Commission on the subject of the Motion referred to, and the question will certainly come within the scope of their inquiry. The County Council, I understand, are to be heard on it very shortly.
