§ MR. DALYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that much dissatisfaction is felt by a large number of ratepayers of Armagh at the conduct of the Town Commissioners in giving the printing of the Board to favourites instead of having open competition; and whether he will direct the attention of the auditor to this matter?
§ MR. GERALD BALFOURI have no information in reference to the subject matter of this Question, but I may 1077 add that it is open to any ratepayer to direct the auditor's attention to it at, his next public audit of the accounts of the Town Commissioners.
