§ MR. J. CHAMBERLAINThe Chartered Company have been paying from time to time the claims made upon them on behalf of the War Department. There are, of course, outstanding claims not yet settled. A large portion of the expenses of the campaign for stores, Ac, has been defrayed directly by the Chartered Company.
