CHARLES McLAREN (Leicester, Bosworth)I beg to ask the First Commissioner of Works whether, after having observed the results of opening Hyde Park to cyclists up to twelve o'clock, he is now prepared to extend the period for cycling to one o'clock; and, whether he can hold out any hope of reserving the Serpentine Drive, or some other little-used roadway, for the exclusive use of cyclists within certain hours?
