O'MALLEY (Galway, Connemara)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state who constitute the Board of the Lough Corrib Drainage Works; when and by whom were its members appointed; what powers they possess; whether the Board contains any representative of the people who have paid for the works; and whether he is aware that the people affected by the drainage scheme are dissatisfied with the constitution and workings of this Board?
