ATKINSON,) Londonderry, N.So far as the Local Government Board are aware, there is nothing to prevent the Bantry Board of Guardians, 521 acting as the rural sanitary authority, from taking steps to obtain a Provisional Order for the compulsory acquisition of land for the purpose mentioned in the Question.
