§ MR. H. C. STEPHENS (Middlesex, Hornsey)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade, with regard to printing the evidence of the Drummond Castle Inquiry, whether, as the larger portion of the cost has been already incurred by the transcribing of the notes, and in view of the importance of the evidence, he will consent that the Report of the Inquiry shall be printed.
MR. RITCHTEThe Report, which is a very full one, will be printed in the usual course. It deals so clearly and comprehensively with the various points of interest involved that I do not consider it would be of any advantage to incur the expense of publishing the evidence, which I may say would be a very unusual course.
