§ SIR W. HARCOURTI am in communication with my right hon. Friend the Vice President of the Council on the subject.
§ MR. HOZIERWill the right hon. Gentleman also take into consideration the claims of the Scottish teachers in this respect?
§ SIR W. HARCOURTI think that when England gets anything Scotland will be pretty sure to do the same.
