HC Deb 20 February 1893 vol 8 c1875
MR. CHAPLIN (Lincolnshire, Sleaford)

I wish to ask the Leader of the House with regard to the Motion, No. 15, on the Orders of the Day, the Motion for the appointment of a Select Committee to inquire into the Agricultural Depression, if we are to understand it will not be proceeded with to-day? There does not appear much chance of its being reached; but, still, it would be a convenience to many hon. Members if we had an understanding on the point.

MR. W. E. GLADSTONE

It will not be taken before Thursday.
