§ MR. CAMPBELL - BANNERMANConstable M'Cormick was never removed or reduced in rank for a criminal offence, nor was he ever charged with such an offence. He was once guilty of conduct which was held to amount to a constructive assault, for which he was removed from charge and seriously cautioned.
