said, he would beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty, If he will lay upon the table Copies of all Papers relative to the refusal of Assistant-Commissary-General Swan's claim to the allowance of £100 a year as Naval Agent at St. Helena, for the four years from June 1, 1855, to May 31, 1859, the said allowance having been enjoyed by his predecessors and successors?

said, he had no objection to produce the Papers if the hon. Gentleman would move for them.
