said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for War, Whether Lord Strathnairn has yet signed the Report of the Committee on Transport for the Army, over which he presided; and, if so, whether the Secretary of State for War will lay it upon the table of the House?

replied that he had received the Report, and would shortly lay it upon the table.
