said, he wished to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland, Whether he intends to bring in any measure this Session on the subject of Irish Railways?

, in reply, said, he believed that the Report of the Royal Commission appointed to consider the question of the Irish Railways would be laid upon the table of the House in a few days, and therefore he should wish to postpone his answer to the hon. Gentleman's question for a short time.
