§ MR. SPOONERsaid, the National Gallery Site Bill stood on the paper for that evening; he wished to know whether it was the intention of the Government, after the Vote of last Friday, to proceed with it further that Session?
§ VISCOUNT PALMERSTONreplied that, after the expression of opinion by the House on Friday night, it was not his intention to proceed further with the Bill; at all events during the present Session. He proposed, therefore, to discharge the order.
