appeared at the bar with Her Majesty's Answer to the Address of the Commons. His Lordship said that he had to inform the House, that, in obedience to its commands, he had had the honour of waiting on Her Majesty with the Address, to which Her Majesty had been pleased to return the following most gracious Answer:— I hare received with satisfaction your loyal and dutiful Address. I rely with confidence on your co-operation with me in My endeavours to advance the social condition of My people, and promote the welfare of all classes of My Subjects.
