§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what further progress has been made in the discussions by his Department and the Government of Gibraltar on the repatriation of persons from United Kingdom prisons to the Gibraltar prison in order to complete their sentences.
§ Mr. MellorThe Government of Gibraltar have indicated that they wish to enter into prisoner transfer arrangements with the United Kingdom. The terms of the Order in Council necessary for this purpose have yet to be settled.
