§ Mr. Pinkasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what action he has taken to publicise those proposals within the area of his responsibility of the Community social action programme originating from the Paris summit conference.
§ Mr. PrenticeUnited Kingdom responsibility for the European Communities Social Action Programmes rests with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Employment. My Department is consulted by the Department of Employment on the small education interest which may arise on the implementation of the social action programme. The question of publicity has not yet arisen.
