§ Captain WaterhousePart-time wearers of uniform should surrender coupons for the uniform but in the case of part-time members of Civil Defence services it has been decided that no coupons shall be collected in respect of uniforms or overalls issued to them on the understanding that those who receive uniforms shall not be entitled to receive any coupon-free comforts.
