§ Colonel SEELYThe Governor at Malta has reported that the Archbishop has merely called the attention of his priests to the standing instructions of his Church by which excommunication is threatened in the cases mentioned by the hon. Gentleman in his question of the 6th April. The Secretary of State does not consider that it is necessary for the Government to take any action in the matter.
