§ Mr. BIRRELLThe pension officer raised the point that the claimant's income exceeded the statutory limit of £31 10s. per annum, and on appeal being made to the Local Government Board they upheld that view. The statements in the second' part of the question are substantially correct. It is not open to the Board to reconsider their decision.
