Resolved,

That—

(1) In section 10(2) of the Finance Act 1997—

  1. (a) after "American roulette" there shall be inserted "sic bo";
  2. (b) after "super pan 9" there shall be inserted "three card poker".

(2) This Resolution shall have effect in relation to games begun on or after 24th April 2002.

And it is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution should have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968.
