§ That—
§ (1) In the Table in section 23(2) of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981, for columns (4) and (6) there shall be substituted—

§ And it is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution should have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968.
