Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Order [19 December],
That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Pensions Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
- (a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in defraying the expenses of the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority or the Pensions Compensation Board.
- (b) any administrative expenses of the Secretary of State, and
- (c) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other enactment.—[Mr. Lightbown.]
