Queen's recommendation having been signified—

Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Order [19 December], That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Pensions Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in defraying the expenses of the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority or the Pensions Compensation Board.
  2. (b) any administrative expenses of the Secretary of State, and
  3. (c) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other enactment.—[Mr. Lightbown.]
