That the UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund) and the IPPF (International Planned Parenthood Federation) receive money from the Overseas Aid Budget and in turn support the Chinese Population1042Control Programme which abuses the human rights of the people of China through forced contraception, sterilization and abortion, leading to infanticide and physical damage to women.Wherefore your Petitioners pray that your honourable House will ensure that no further funds from the Overseas Aid Budget are disbursed to the UNFPA and the IPPF, while these organisations support, encourage or act as apologists for the Chinese Population Control Programme.And your Petitioners, as in duty bound, will ever pray, etc.To lie upon the Table.
