Resolved, That, as from 6 o'clock in the evening of 16th March 1993, the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979 shall have effect with the following amendments—

  1. (1) In section 6(l) for "£0.2779" and "£0.2285" there shall be substituted "0.3058" and "£0-2514" respectively.
  2. (2) In section 11(1) for "£0.0095" and "£0.0135" there shall be substituted "£0.0105" and "£0.0149" respectively.
  3. (3) In section 13A(1) for "£0.0437" there shall be substituted "£0.0482".
  4. (4) In section 14(1) for "£0.0095" there shall be substituted "£0.0105".
And it is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution should have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968.
