Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the National Lottery, etc. Bill, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (a) the charging of fees under the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 as amended by the Act resulting from the Bill;
  2. (b) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Chapman.]
