Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Oversea Superannuation Bill, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) that payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
    1. (i) any expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown in consequence of any provision of the Act or of any scheme made or having effect as if made under section 2 of the Overseas Pensions Act 1973 by virtue of the Act;
    2. (ii) any administrative expenses incurred by a Government department in consequence of the Act;
    3. (iii) any increase attributable to the provisions of the Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act;
  2. (b) the making of payments into the Consolidated Fund.[Mr. Boswell.]
