I beg to move amendment No. 165, in page 102, line 5, leave out from 'relates' to end of line 7 and insert—

  1. '(a) to the addition of two subsections at the end of section 8 of the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986;
  2. (b) to the insertion of a new subsection in section 24 of that Act; and
  3. (c) to the substitution of two new sections for section 26 of that Act;'
