§ Mr. Terry Lewis (Worsley)On an entirely different point of order, Mr. Speaker. In Question Time the leader of the SDP entered the Chamber just before his question, No. 13, was due to be called. One of his hon. Friends drew his attention to the fact that his question was on the Order Paper and the right hon. Gentleman fled like a frightened rabbit. That is a gross insult to this House and, at the very least, it shows a lack of leadership. Can you rule on the insult to the House?
§ Mr. SpeakerI really do not think that I can he responsible for why hon. Members seek to leave this Chamber.
§ Mr. Bob Cryer (Bradford, South)rose——
§ Mr. SpeakerOrder. I think that all hon. Members have now signed the ballot and we should get on with it.
§ Mr. SpeakerNo. Ballot for notices of motions.
