Resolved, That for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Petroleum Bill, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the charging of fees in respect of expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State under provisions of that Act relating to the abandonment of offshore installations or submarine pipe-lines; and
  2. (b) the payment of any sums into the Consolidated Fund—[Mr. Lightbown]
