§ Mr. Tony Benn (Chesterfield)I hope that it will be in order, Mr. Speaker, briefly to place on record the sense of sadness that many hon. Members will feel at the death this morning near Chesterfield of a former Member of Parliament and Minister, the Right Hon. Frank Cousins, who was a distinguished member of the trade union movement and a warm and kindly man whose loss will he sadly regretted by those who knew him and worked with him.
