HC Deb 16 July 1985 vol 83 cc187-296
Mrs. Gwyneth Dunwoody (Crewe and Nantwich)

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. I shall be grateful if you will confirm that it is impossible to discuss the arrogant bungling of the Secretary of State for Transport since he has appealed to the courts in the matter of the Greater London Council ban on lorries. Is that the case?

Mr. Speaker

That is the case. I understand that the right hon. Gentleman has lodged an appeal today so that the matter is sub judice.
