I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said amendment.

With this we may take the following amendments thereto, (a) in page 3, line 12, leave out from 'establishment' to end of line 15 and insert 'in each metropolitan county of an authority to be known by the name of that county with the addition of the word "Authority", and the functions of those authorities in respect of planning matters'. (b), in line 12, leave out from 'London' to end of line 15 and insert 'Authority, and the functions of the London Authority in respect of planning matters'. Lords amendment No. 2, after clause 4, insert the following new clause—
