Ordered, That, upon the next Opposition day, proceedings on the business selected in pursuance of paragraph (2) of Standing Order No. 6 (Arrangement of public business) shall, if not previously concluded, lapse at Seven o'clock and shall be counted as a half day as provided by that Order: and upon that day the Motion relating to Milk (Northern Ireland), in the name of the right hon. Member for Lagan Valley, may be proceeded with, though opposed until half-past Eleven o'clock or such time thereafter as is necessary to enable the Motion to be moved and the Question thereupon to be decided forthwith.—[Mr. Garel-Jones.]
