Ordered,
That, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 73A (Standing Committees on Statutory Instruments, &c.), the Motion relating to Industrial Development standing on the Order Paper in the name of Mr. Secretary Lawson be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c.; and that the Motion be considered in the Standing Committee in accordance with paragraph (4), and proceeded with in the House in accordance with paragraph (5), of the said Standing Order.—[Mr. Major.]
