§ Mr. Secretary Heseltine, supported by Mr. Secretary Younger, Mr. Secretary Edwards, Mr. Leon Brittan arid Mr. John Stanley, presented a Bill to increase the limit imposed by section 60 of the New Towns Act 1981 on the amounts which may be borrowed by development corporations and the Commission for the New Towns: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed [Bill 47].
