§ Mr. CrawfordIs the Minister aware of the great dissatisfaction among villagers in the Carse of Gowrie? They used to be part of the Perth county council and they wish to revert to Perth and Kinross district council. Will he make representations to the Boundary Commission about this?
§ Mr. MacKenzieI cannot take responsibility for the boundaries that were drawn up at that time, as the hon. Gentleman well knows. I am given to understand that this was very carefully considered at the time and the conclusion was reached that this should await the general review of the administrative boundaries which the Boundary Commission will make between 1985 and 1990.
