§ Dr. Keith Hampson (Ripon)I beg leave to present a humble petition which members of the "Out" campaign have delivered to me and to the hon. Member for Eton and Slough (Miss Lestor). It concerns the short-term nature of the present measures to help young people at a time of heavy unemployment. The 6,000 petitioners seek evidence of long-term planning and the alleviation of the problem, which affects their whole future.
