§ Mr. DalyellWhy should these activities, in which both my hon. Friend's constituents and mine are engaged, be inhibited by the fact that they come under the wrong account heading so far as the Civil Service is concerned?
§ Mr. JuddMy hon. Friend will realise that that is not properly a question for me, but I can assure him that there is maximum co-operation between the Government Departments concerned.
