Resolved, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, that She will be graciously pleased to give directions that there be laid before this House a Return showing the expenses of each candidate at the General Election of October 1974 in the United Kingdom, as transmitted to the returning officers pursuant to the Representation of the People Act 1949, and of the number of votes polled by each candidate, the description of each candidate, the number of polling districts and stations, the number of electors, and the number of persons entitled to vote by post.—[Dr. Summerskill.]
