Ordered, That this day, notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 18 (Business of Supply)—

1. (1) the Business of Supply may be anticipated by a Motion for the Adjournment of the House;
2. (2) Business other than the Business of Supply may be taken before Ten o'clock; and
3. (3) the Business of Supply may be proceeded with thought opposed until Eleven o'clock.—[Mr. Jopling.]
