§ Mr. CoxIn the newly formed metropolitan borough councils there has been a joining together of authorities with good records for providing services for disabled people and authorities with poor records. Will not the right hon. Gentleman seek to impress upon the chairmen of the social services committees of the new authorities the importance of spending as much money as possible to improve services for the disabled in their areas?
