Taylor, and Mr. David Weitzman presented a Bill to 426 amend the law in relation to liability for personal injuries, and consequential loss arising from the manufacture, distribution, sale and use of medicinal products and drugs for human use; to amend the practice of the court in relation to the assessment of damages; to amend the Limitation Act 1963; to make further provision for the needs of disabled children; and for purposes connected with these matters: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 9th February and to be printed.
