On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. Yesterday morning during a Standing Committee Sitting an hon. Member produced a tape recorder—

Order. What happens in a Standing Committee cannot possibly be raised as a point of order in the House.

Mr. Gorst

On a new point of order, Mr. Speaker. May I seek your counsel, on a point of order, as to whether it would be admissible in this Chamber to produce a tape recorder to quote on tape from any particular passage that might have occurred?

If that happens I shall rule upon it.
