§ Mr. Gibson-WattI beg to move Amendment No. 553, in page 235, line 17, leave out 'paragraph 28(5)' and insert:
'paragraphs 28(5), 31 and 32'.I understand that with this Amendment we are taking Amendment No. 554.These are drafting Amendments to ensure that the relevant parts of Schedule 12, Part V which provide for polls consequent on a community meeting are applied to any local poll that the Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales considers desirable during the special community review.
