HC Deb 25 January 1972 vol 829 cc1198-9

3.42 p.m.

Mr. Speaker

I have to rule on a matter of privilege. I have considered the complaint of the hon. and gallant Member for Eye (Sir H. Harrison). I am afraid that I cannot give it priority over the Orders of the Day. Of course, my Ruling does not deprive the hon. and gallant Gentleman of whatever other parliamentary opportunities may be open to him.
