§ 3.42 p.m.
§ Mr. SpeakerI have to rule on a matter of privilege. I have considered the complaint of the hon. and gallant Member for Eye (Sir H. Harrison). I am afraid that I cannot give it priority 1199 over the Orders of the Day. Of course, my Ruling does not deprive the hon. and gallant Gentleman of whatever other parliamentary opportunities may be open to him.
