That the Mines and Quarries (Valuation) (Amendment) Order 1972, a copy of which was laid before this House on 21st November, be approved.I should be delighted to explain in detail the meaning of this order, and why 1045 it is necessary to validate the revaluation list, which is coming into operation in 1973, and which will be published on 21st December. But if the House does 1046 not require that explanation, I am sure that I can save it time at this time of night.
