Motion made, and Question,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session relating to finance, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of the Consolidated Fund into the Exchequer of Northern Ireland of—
and to authorise any increase in payments out of the Consolidated Fund or out of moneys provided by Parliament which is attributable to any provision of the said Act of the present Session amending section 16 of the National Loans Act 1968, and the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any fees paid, in connection with the approval of retirement benefit schemes under Chapter II of Part II of the Finance Act 1970. on applications for alteration of schemes.—[Mr. Barber.]
