At a time when people are able to walk on the moon, is it not odd that it is not possible yet to measure 390 the troublesome noise created by these vehicles?
§ Mr. PeytonI entirely agree with the view expressed so reasonably by my hon. Friend and of course we shall take them into account. But, as I have said, the powers do exist. I hope that the authorities responsible for enforcement will note what my hon. Friend said.
