§ Mr. FoleyNo invitation has yet been received from the United Nations Secretary General to select delegates to the projected World Youth Assembly. When it is received, there will be full consultation with major youth interests in the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. ArcherBefore it is received, may I ask the Minister to direct his mind to the way in which he will select delegates, or does he appreciate the danger that a great opportunity will be frittered away by simply gathering together a mini-establishment?
